As a Cognitive- Behavioural Coach, I am an affiliated member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and affiliated member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

As Cognitive-Behavioural Coach, I work with you as an individual to create the life you want to live for yourself! Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching (CBC) is an effective coaching approach, founded on evidence based psychological models.

CBC helps identify personal self-defeating behaviours and thoughts which are destructive to our self-identity and prevent us from living the life we want and deserve.

Developing a positive mind set is one of the core elements in CBC. Effective communication skills are also a priority if we want to live successful and happy lives. Whatever your goals, let’s help you define them clearly and assist you on your journey towards a happy life.

CBC is an excellent approach in couples coaching to better understand underlying problems in the relationship and work on communication between the couple. I also work with individuals as they explore their new identities post-divorce, and teens that are battling with life transitions.
